Established in 1989, we have an excellent local reputation, depending on high technical ability and premium customer service for our success.
We provide premier class customer service and response times, it is exactly because our customers have no IT people in house that we have to respond quickly and effectively enough to keep their businesses running.
Our typical customer has between 6 - 12 PCs and so normally server based, but as long as they are a business users we work with compan ies with as few as one or two PCs, and our largest customers have multiple sites with interlinked servers with 20+ users.
We employ seven staff including three qualified engineers, and CSS is itself accredited by Microsoft, Intel, Hewlett Packard and Sage to name a few.
We are also the local Sage Solution Centre, and a member of Sage's prestigious Circle of Excellence.
We have a dedicated and separate Sage support office, employing four staff and providing training and on-site and telephone support on Sage Accounting and associated products.
