We have used CSS for all our IT requirements for the past ten years. During that time they have proved themselves to be trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable, and now we rely on them heavily for our day to day operation.
We are a large NHS practice, with ten practices each operating a real-time booking treatment and recording system. Reliability of our systems is crucial, and even more so is the response we receive in the event of a problem. All our staff have direct access to the CSS help lines, and they accept and deal with calls of all types with exceptional courtesy and efficiency.
In 2005 we embarked on a major upgrade of the specialist dental software used in all our practices. This was a significant investment for us, and from the outset CSS were integral to the whole planning and decision making process. They liaised with both our own staff and management and the software provider, and devised the complete implementation plan.
Once we had agreed the strategy, CSS dealt with the installation of the hardware and software over a period of some six months, freeing up our own staff to deal with system design and staff training, but keeping us fully informed with regular contacts and meetings. Their combination of freindly staf along with attention to detail made the process relatively stress free for such a large project!
I always find, and more importantly continually hear from my staff, that CSS consistently provide friendly, personal and above all immediate support for all our IT users and systems.
I am delighted with the service they provide us, and do not hesitate to recommend them to friends and business colleagues alike.

In 2006 the decision was taken to upgrade the reservation systems in all four of our properties, to a Microsoft Windows based product.
Having already established a good working relationship with CSS we valued their advice and as such involved them at the very beginning of a lengthy and comprehensive decision making process.
Their involvement was invaluable, from helping us to decipher and understand the technological information, to working alongside our reservations software provider to provide and install a computer network that would meet our requirements.
Since then CSS have continued to assist us in developing our computer systems, to incorporate new technologies and procedures. CSS have repeatedly proven themselves to be an honest company that consistently delivers a high level of customer service that is flexible to the needs of our business.

We have dealt with CSS for our computers and our Sage software for many years. We have enjoyed excellent service over that period, initially from Peter and as time moved on from all of the CSS staff.
We are a small firm with just a couple of PCs, and I am conscious that we must be one of CSS’s smallest customers. However, we are never made to feel like that, and all our queries - however simple they may be! - are dealt with promptly and politely.
I personally rely on them for all our Sage support, and having a friendly but knowledgeable voice on the end of the phone is very reassuring when the figures just won't come right!
Overall, CSS offer just the right combination of friendliness and efficiency.

Our Company has been dealing with Peter Green and CSS for almost 20 years, we therefore must be one of his longest standing customers.
The support given has always been prompt and courteous, and most important, it is (usually!!) understandable. He and his excellent team of staff speak English, not just computer jargon.
Earliest support consisted of help with setting up and inputting data on Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll. Nowadays, CSS supply and maintain all of our computers at all five of our branches, and yes, they still help us with Sage.
