Great Yarmouth's CSS Computers has been declared the outright winner of the Great Customer Service award, at today's Enterprise-GY Spirit of Enterprise Awards.
The business came top of the category in the first ever awards, held at the racecourse and sponsored by NWES.
CSS managing director Peter Green (pictured right in the photo) is delighted.
He said: "This makes all the hard work by our team over the last few years worth it. We strive to give every customer the service they deserve, and this award proves that we are doing that."
CSS Computers provides support and backup for companies who rely on their computer systems for their daily operation, but do not have their own IT staff.
Peter collected £1,000 cash and a crystal trophy prize.
He's used to getting on the podium to collect awards. In November last year, CSS and partner company Accountancy Solutions beat 1,000 other companies across the UK to take top honours in the national Sage Circle of Excellence Awards.
